Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We’re sorry if that happens. You are welcome to return the trunks within 30 days of the purchase for a refund or an exchange, however, the trunks must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. No exceptions.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
We will inspect your returned trunks upon receipt. Once we deem that the trunks are in their original condition, we will process a refund or exchange accordingly. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund if we supply you with a return shipping label.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
